Bonus Terms

1. Introduction

These Bonus Terms and Conditions govern all promotions offered by Ffbet. The terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Where a promotion-specific set of terms exists, those terms prevail over the General Bonus Terms and Conditions for that promotion.

2. Eligibility and Participation

Participation is restricted to individuals who are legally eligible to gamble and are at least 18 years old. Promotions are available only to players with an active account in good standing and who have met any country or jurisdiction restrictions applicable to the offer. Each offer is and shall remain limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, email address or payment method unless stated otherwise in the relevant terms. You may be required to opt in to participate in a promotion.

3. Balance and Wagering Mechanics

Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance distinct from the cash balance. A deposit creates cash balance and associated bonuses are placed in the bonus balance. When placing bets, funds are drawn from the cash balance first; if the cash balance is insufficient, eligible bets are funded from the bonus balance in accordance with the wagering requirements. Wagering progress and remaining requirements are visible in the cashier section of your account.

Only bets funded by the bonus balance contribute toward wagering requirements. In a mixed bet where both cash and bonus funds are used, winnings accrue to the bonus balance. Games may contribute to wagering at different rates as defined in the relevant promotion; slots generally contribute at 100 percent, table games and live casino games contribute at reduced rates, and some games may have no contribution.

4. Specific bonus types

4.1 Free Spins: Winnings from free spins are credited to the cash balance and may be withdrawn subject to applicable wagering requirements. Free spins issued under a promotion expire after seven days if not used. The maximum withdrawable amount from winnings derived from free spins is €300 or the equivalent in the player’s currency. Free spins may be awarded only on designated promotions and may be subject to additional terms in the specific offer.

4.2 Instant Bonuses: In certain circumstances a support agent may award an instant match bonus or free spins as a goodwill gesture. The maximum win arising from such goodwill bonuses may not exceed twenty times the credited bonus value. Reload bonuses may be offered only where there is no pending withdrawal.

4.3 Welcome Offer: The Welcome Offer is a first deposit match of up to EUR 500 or equivalent in the player's currency and may include accompanying free spins on first claim. The welcome bonus terms shall apply to the first deposit unless stated otherwise in the promotion. The welcome offer must be wagered within thirty days of credit. Free spins issued with the welcome offer must be used within seven days. Unused bonus balance expires after thirty days. If multiple welcome offers are promoted, only one such offer may be claimed per household.

4.4 Jackpots: Jackpot values displayed on the site are informational; the server side jackpot amount at the time of win governs the payout. Progressive jackpots may incur processing times for large winnings, typically up to fourteen days for amounts equal to or exceeding EUR 50 000 or the equivalent in the player’s currency.

5. Wagering and Bonus Calculation

Promotional wagering requirements are described in the applicable offer terms. Unless stated otherwise, wagering is thirty times the total bonus amount for deposit based promotions, and sixty times for offers with no deposit. Bets placed on non contributing games do not count toward wagering requirements. Slots contribute 100 percent; video poker 20 percent; table and live games 5 percent; other games may contribute zero. When multiple bonuses are active, wagering will be applied to the bonus with the largest amount first. Wagering progress can be viewed in the account section. If wagering requirements are not met, the bonus and any winnings may be forfeited upon withdrawal.

6. Restrictions and Limitations

Promotions may be restricted by country or jurisdiction. No withdrawal is allowed in excess of the maximum permitted for no deposit bonuses. The casino reserves the right to modify or revoke promotions at any time without prior notice. Some promotions may include country exclusions or additional regional restrictions. The currency of the bonus will be converted to the account currency for all calculations.

7. Abuse and Compliance

Ffbet maintains a zero tolerance policy for bonus abuse. Irregular or abusive play includes, but is not limited to, multi accounting, collusion, exploiting software vulnerabilities, and deliberate attempts to manipulate wagering requirements. If suspected, the casino may revoke the entitlement to a promotion, confiscate related winnings, suspend or close the player account, or take any other proportionate action. The casino may audit game play and transaction logs. If a bonus is credited in error, the casino reserves the right to reclaim it and withdraw any associated winnings.

8. Amendments and Termination

Ffbet reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate any promotion or the Bonus Policy at any time. Any amendment or termination will be communicated by site notice or other reasonable means. Amendments shall take effect as specified in the notice, or after a reasonable period if not stated.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator as stated in the Terms of Use. The management decision on any dispute is final and binding unless required otherwise by applicable law.

10. Miscellaneous

All terms are available in multiple languages; in the event of inconsistency the English version prevails.
